RULED BY LAW? WHO'S LAW? HOW?

As living creatures on this planet in GOD's Universe we seem to be a self-conscious species, that is alive, that can think, sense our environment, and we have needs and desires.

What is right and wrong? What is a civil society? What is fair? What Is justice. Is our species a GOD conscious society? What is GOD? Why are we "here"? Where did we come from? Where are we going after this life is over?

What is life and what is death? Who is the judge of of "it" all? How do we know? Can we "know" and what we know, will our knowing be the same?

Who is authorized and from where is that power derived. Has man ever created life? Does man have the power to kill and take life? Why? Who makes the rules? Is there power and authority above the sword? Is the power of the sword and authority in conflict with the "truth"?

Are we a controlled species? Who is "we the people"? Are we a manipulated bunch? Who does the manipulating? What is the media? What is the voice of the people? What is free speech? What is perception? Who makes who or what and how?

Do others think for us? Are we lazy? Are we addicted and controlled by our passions? Are our passion above above our thoughts? What are our thoughts and feelings? Can others exploit our feelings, thoughts and passions?

Are we addicted to power and authority? Do those with power and authority surrender their positions of power to corruption and self interest.

Are we Children of GOD? Are we children of the Devil?

What is Right and Wrong? Who is GOD and who is the Devil? Does either really exist and how will we know?

Welcome to Life and It's many questions, now live!

Find A Good Lawyer
Are you looking for good legal advice or representation? If you are, you probably know that it is quite difficult to find a good lawyer, especially if you have never used a lawyer before. To help you find a good lawyer this article will identify the best places to find good lawyers.

The first place you should look to find good lawyers in by talking to friends and family. Friends and family that have used legal advice and representation before, will be able to give you recommendations on lawyers they think are experienced in the area you require and that can help you.

If you cannot find any suitable lawyers from recommendation from friends and family the next place you should look is designated lawyer recommendation services. These service's recommend lawyers based on their experience and other credentials to help fit the right lawyer with the right client. You can find these services online, in a phonebook or though your local courthouse. However, when using these services you must be sure to ask what they use to qualify a lawyer for recommendation, as some of these services will recommend any lawyer as long as they are technically qualified, without knowing whether they are actually good lawyers. Use lawyer recommendation services that only recommend lawyers with proven track records and previous client references.

Depending on the legal issue you have you can also find a good attorney though other people or groups that would need them. For example if you need a business lawyer you could ask your accountant or bank manager who they use for their business legal issues, as they will likely be able to recommend a good lawyer for you.

Another place you should look is on the internet and in the local phone book. The internet and phone book will provide you with many local lawyers that you can use. However there is still much more to do once you have found a few names from these places. To find out if these lawyers are good enough to help with your legal issue you must meet with, multiple times to not only discuss your legal issue but also to gain a good idea of their personality, experience and determination to achieve legal success for you.

Once you have found a few good lawyers through some of the above methods all you need to do is choose the lawyer that is most qualified, most experienced, most determined and most compatible with you to ensure that together you are both able to deal with whatever legal issue you have in a successful way.

With this advice for how to find a suitable lawyer you can now rest easy knowing you will be in good hands!

Find a Very Good Lawyer

The sad truth is that most people do not know how to find a good attorney when they find themselves in need of one. There is research that shows that 68% of people spend only two hours or less when gathering information on a lawyer. Due to this many people fall victim to lawyers who just want to make some quick money out of them. However if you have a legal problem that is complex or involves a lot of money, it is important that you look for a good attorney. Lawyers are important since they do more than just dispense legal information. They also offer advice and create winning strategies using sophisticated technical skills. The purpose of this article is to enrich you with the skills of how to find a good lawyer.

Choose the Right Attorney as Per Your Legal Issue

Attorneys differ in the sense that there are general practice lawyers as well as those who specialize in a certain area of law. Sometimes you may require an attorney that specializes in a certain field in order to ensure the success of your case. There are many areas where lawyers can specialize, examples include: family law, elder, criminal, personal injury, bankruptcy and disability among others. It is upon you to find out in which category your legal issue falls so as to locate an appropriate lawyer.

Do Your Research Extensively

If you want a good lawyer then you must do your research. The more time you use researching the higher your chances of getting a competent attorney. You can research by, taking to people who have had legal issues and asking for referrals. You can also check the name "lawyers" under the yellow pages for advertisements. The other option is to search through the internet for local attorneys near your home town. Choose at least 5 attorney websites that you will later visit and review on the basis of the information and services you find there.
How Accessible Is the Lawyer?

The next step is to make an appointment with all of the lawyers you selected after your search. This is important so that you can review the attorney in terms of their; punctuality, their communication skills, how they are able to move the crowd, how fast they are in answering questions, their command in language and other skills that highlight how they will be in front of a judge.

Find out how easily accessible the lawyer will be in case you need to consult them. There is no use having a good lawyer who has little time to keenly look at your case.

The Lawyer's Fees
Before you finally choose a lawyer you must know how much time and money you are willing to spend on your case. You should do your research so as to know how much money your legal issue is worth. Discuss the issue with your lawyer so as to be clear on how much you are willing to spend. However, be cautious because in the hands of the wrong lawyer your $2,000 problem can easily escalate to even $20,000.

The Qualities of a Good Lawyer

In conclusion some of the qualities of a good lawyer include: honesty, availability, experience, good communication skills, services at a reasonable fee and professionalism. If you find one with all of these credentials then you have definitely found a good attorney.
